Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or 10+ years of data engineering experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering focusing on designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines.
• Proven experience with Snowflake, Matillion, Alteryx, and Tableau or comparable ETL/RDBMS technologies.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries, joins, and aggregations; experience with data modeling and data quality.
• Experience developing dashboards and visuals using Tableau; ability to translate data requirements to business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Work with Snowflake for data warehousing including modeling, schema design, and optimization.
• Implement ETL using Matillion to ingest data into Snowflake.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing procedures.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to meet data needs.
• Troubleshoot data issues and performance bottlenecks; document data processes and architecture.
