Job summary

Celigo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own the design and delivery of scalable Snowflake-based ELT pipelines and data models. You will collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering to translate complex business requirements into reliable, well-documented data solutions.

You will enforce data quality, governance, and cost-aware optimization, while leveraging AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development and ensure data freshness across the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on data engineering experience building production-grade pipelines.
• 3+ years directly with Snowflake in production.
• Experience with data warehouse migrations on Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines and data infrastructure using Snowflake and modern tooling.
• Architect data models (dimensional, data vault, medallion/lakehouse) for analytics, BI, ML.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Engineering to translate requirements into reliable data solutions.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards, automated validations, and observability frameworks.
• Contribute to data governance, documentation, lineage, access control, and compliance.
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and data freshness.
