Jenzabar, Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer V to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms. You will partner with product, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver reliable data solutions that drive business insights.

The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, experience with Databricks and Spark, and proficiency in SQL Server. You will contribute to data modeling, governance, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant data engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Cloud data platforms experience, Azure preferred.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• SQL Server experience and query optimization.
• Experience with data orchestration tools and Git workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Integrate and transform source data into analytics-ready layers.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to translate needs into data solutions.
• Maintain data documentation including data dictionaries and lineage.
• Work with SQL Server, including querying and managing data.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making where appropriate.
• Ensure data privacy and responsible AI usage.
• Other duties as assigned.
