Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment seeks an Expert Data Engineer to design real-time data pipelines using Kafka, AWS, Python and Java within a global technology environment. You will build secure, scalable data integration solutions, ensuring data is trusted, discoverable and readily consumable in real time.

You’ll work on ETL/ELT patterns, schemas and contract-first designs, with focus on observability, metadata management and data quality. Remote/onsite options offered to fit business needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on data engineering, integration or streaming experience.
• Proven track record building and operating streaming platforms (Kafka/MSK) and API-based integrations with Python/Java.
• Strong understanding of OLTP/operational workloads and query optimization.
• Experience with enterprise databases and data modelling for schemas.
