Job summary

Fuze Health in Minnesota seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and scale data pipelines powering operational and business decisions.

You will partner with Data Scientists, Analysts, and DevOps to codify infrastructure as code and ensure scalable data platforms using AWS, Terraform, and ELT/ETL workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
• At least 4 years of work experience in software engineering or data engineering.
• Experience with one or more major cloud vendors: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience in SQL-based data manipulation and Python with large datasets.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• Experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Experience in designing ELT/ETL workflows.
• Programming experience in Python.

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining the platform that services timely and accurate data for operational teams and business stakeholder decision makers. We work closely with Data Scientists and Data Analysts to transform data into meaningful business insights. We also work closely with DevOps to codify infrastructure as code and ensure our platform can scale.
