Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute across the requirements elicitation, design discussions, and code integration. You will help guide technical teams toward building scalable software solutions and ensure stability through testing and reviews.

You’ll develop user documentation, participate in bug fixes, and support production systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value with AI and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; foreign equivalent accepted.
• Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for education.
• Experience with SDLC and software integration design is expected.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements per guidance.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes for quality.
• Develop training, documentation, and support for new applications.
• Assist in resolving production issues and improving system reliability.
• Maintain records of code and testing to enrich the knowledge base.
