The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data engineering, strong SQL and SQL Server skills, and hands-on ETL experience with SSIS, DTS, or Informatica. Independent work in a complex setting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in data engineering or related roles.
• Advanced SQL with complex queries and large-scale transforms.
• Strong SQL Server design, optimization, and admin concepts.
• Hands-on ETL with SSIS, DTS, Informatica or similar.
• Experience modernizing legacy data environments and migrations.
• Ability to document data flows and reverse-engineer processes.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and migration strategies.
• Data validation, reconciliation and quality best practices.
• Work independently in ambiguous environments with limited documentation.
