Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Engineer III for AWS Marketplace Demand Generation & Lifecycle Engagement. You will own the data infrastructure powering marketing intelligence, ML scoring, auto-nurture pipelines, attribution models, and lifetime value frameworks.

Shape architecture, set standards, and drive scalable data systems within a fast-growing B2B marketing team. You will design pipelines, define the data contracts, and collaborate with data scientists and marketers to unlock

Qualifications

5+ years of data engineering experience.
Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
Experience with SQL.
Experience in at least one modern scripting or programming language, such as Python, Java, Scala, or NodeJS.
Experience mentoring team members on best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate production data pipelines that serve ML models and analytics.
Define and own the team's data architecture, balancing speed, durability, cost, and scalability.
Build and maintain analytical datasets stitching product activity, marketing engagement, transactions, and revenue data.
Produce well-documented, maintainable code for broad reuse.
Partner with data scientists, marketers, and engineers to gather requirements and ensure self-serve data.
