Job summary

TEKsystems in Collierville, TN is seeking a Database Analyst to design, develop, and maintain enterprise database solutions supporting data-driven decisions. You will gather requirements, develop ETL processes, and optimize performance in a large-scale environment.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of database/data engineering experience, strong SQL skills, and hands-on ETL development. This is a hybrid contract role with competitive hourly pay and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of database/data engineering experience
• Strong experience with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Hands-on ETL development and support experience
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise data solutions
• Strong SQL and database development skills
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Shell, etc.)
• Database testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization experience
• Ability to gather and translate business/data requirements into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders
