Job summary

VTG Defense is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to bridge business needs and technical solutions within a mission-driven environment. You will lead ETL pipeline development, data conditioning, and normalization of financial data to enable advanced analysis and decision-making.

Proficiency in Python and SQL, plus AWS, Airflow, and Hop, will empower you to build scalable workflows and integrate AI models to improve data fidelity.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain robust ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Transform financial data into actionable insights for a mission-driven customer.
• Condition and normalize raw and structured data for downstream tools.
• Implement AI models to improve data fidelity and accelerate tasks.
• Build repeatable workflows with Apache Airflow and Apache Hop; deploy in AWS.
