Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; familiarity with ERP data processes is a big plus.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for helping clients achieve data-driven success.
• Experience with data-rich products, analytics tools, or complex data analysis in professional or personal projects.
• Mastery in SQL, with strong data transformation and data pipeline development skills.
• Bilingual English (mandatory) and French (a plus).
• Team player, comfortable collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' ERP tables & datasets, generating insights for customer decision-making.
• Create data pipelines for reliable data flow from customers’ ERP systems to Pelico’s platform.
• Participate in meetings with clients to understand their data needs.
• Work closely with customer operations and external partners to enhance customer impact.
• Help establish analytical best practices and cultivate a customer-driven culture.
• Stay updated on evolving technologies.
