Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience focused on healthcare data engineering or EHR integration for Senior role; 8+ years for Principal role.
• Expert in Python and experience in a compiled or concurrent language.
• Strong background in data modeling, schema design, and relational/analytical databases.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-grade data pipelines for integrating clinical data via EHR connections.
• Build and optimize cloud-native data infrastructure using AWS.
• Collaborate with product teams to implement scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy regulations.
