Job summary

Denodo is a leader in data management and a fast-growing company seeking a Customer Success professional to help clients maximize value from the Denodo Platform. You will travel, consult, develop, train and troubleshoot to accelerate adoption and productive use of Denodo solutions.

Your role blends deep technical expertise with client management to drive successful on-site and off-site engagements, delivering solutions across Denodo, partners and client teams.

Qualifications

• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer or similar role.
• Strong SQL understanding and relational/analytical database theory.
• Experience in Java software development, especially web and database fields.
• Good knowledge of JDBC, XML and Web Services APIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with technical and business counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain strong knowledge of the Denodo Platform and deliver technical pitches highlighting features and benefits.
• Continuously learn new technologies and keep an overview of modern tech trends.
• Address technical questions on customization, integration, and enterprise architecture of the product.
• Lead development of custom deployments based on client requirements.
• Provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support and Development on client needs and issues.
• Train and engage clients in product architecture, configuration and use of the Denodo Platform.
• Promote best practices while managing deliverables and client expectations.
• Build credibility and partnerships with clients, partners and colleagues.
• Provide technical consulting, training and support.
• Develop white papers, presentations and training materials.
