Uline, located in Waukegan, IL, seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design scalable data solutions powering analytics, reporting and decision-making across the business.

You will guide data modernization, implement ETL pipelines with Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS and Databricks, and ensure data quality and performance at scale. This is an on-site role with strong growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 8+ years in data engineering.
• 5+ years developing enterprise ETL/data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Databricks or similar technologies.
• Proven experience writing complex T-SQL and DB performance tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve data issues.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver BI and data warehouse solutions to support North America growth.
• Drive data modernization leveraging Azure, Databricks and AI automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Build scalable data pipelines to enhance enterprise analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test and implement data warehouse applications.
• Maintain high-quality solutions through code reviews and ETL testing.
• Provide technical guidance to a team of Data Engineers and promote best practices.
