Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Cloud Data Warehousing, or software development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) utilizing native services.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using GCP native services.
• Build and manage data quality frameworks to ensure integrity of security data assets.
• Integrate diverse data sources and security tools via APIs to centralize security oversight.
• Optimize BigQuery performance, queries, and storage costs.
• Develop, deploy, and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL on GCP services.
• Implement data quality and auditing with Dataplex and centralized rules metadata configuration.
• Design and maintain API integrations to ingest security logs from various platforms.
