AgileEngine seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines powering cloud cost visibility and performance insights. Build scalable workflows using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow across AWS services and Snowflake, optimizing for performance and cost.

The role partners with Engineering and Finance to support cost optimization and usage-based decision-making. Strong data modeling, validation, and auditability are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of data engineering experience.
• End-to-end ELT/ETL pipelines in cloud environments.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
• Experience with AWS Glue, Athena, and Aurora.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and automation for Cloud Economics.
• Develop scalable datasets for cloud cost visibility and insights.
• Model data and ingestion frameworks for telemetry and usage data.
• Create tools enabling cost-aware decisions across teams.
• Optimize pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost.
