IBM Consulting is seeking a Data Engineer embedded with client teams to design and deliver hands-on solutions on the AWS/Databricks platform. You will build and prove solutions, re-engineer legacy workloads, and support migrations from MySQL to Databricks Lakebase while integrating SAP data and other sources.

The role involves onsite or embedded work with client teams across multiple platforms and environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and delivering complex data solutions.
• Strong expertise with Databricks, AWS, SQL, and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver data pipelines and integrations on AWS, Databricks.
• Lead data-migration and re-engineering from MySQL to Databricks Lakebase.
• Collaborate with client teams to design end-to-end data solutions across platforms.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, observability, security, and cost-control standards.
• Coach client and delivery teams and communicate status and decisions to stakeholders.
