Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or enterprise ETL/ELT development.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks — Lakehouse architecture, Unity Catalog, Delta Lake.
• Strong data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, Talend, and Databricks.
• Lead migration of data systems from DB2/SQL Server to Databricks.
• Guide phased replacement of Talend with Databricks-native processes.
