Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations support, systems administration, data operations, or technical support.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across applications, infrastructure, or data environments.
• Experience designing, developing, and tuning complex data ingestion, routing, and transformation workflows using data flow management tools.
• Knowledge of data platforms, databases, ETL or data flow processes, and system monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize operational issues, and respond effectively in high-tempo environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering.
• Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex data engineering and software development problems.
• Ensure reliability, performance, scalability, and security of critical production systems and platforms.
• Build and maintain Cloud software and infrastructure to support the enterprise.
• Implement CI/CD and deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
• Identify opportunities to build solutions and tackle challenges for the IC.
