Delta Faucet Company seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise data pipelines powering omni-retail analytics and AI initiatives. The role manages a POS-driven data ecosystem across retailers, APIs, and internal systems.

You will standardize data definitions, improve data quality, and reduce manual preparation while collaborating with analytics, data science, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines in cloud environments.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data transformation and pipeline development.
• Hands-on experience with distributed processing frameworks (PySpark/Spark).
• Experience integrating APIs and structured/unstructured data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines across POS, eCommerce, third-party, and enterprise sources.
• Lead cross-platform data integration across APIs, file ingestion, cloud storage, and analytics environments.
• Develop end-to-end data workflows from ingestion to consumption.
• Create feature-ready datasets to support statistical modeling and AI initiatives.
• Standardize data models, schemas, and transformation logic across retailers and product hierarchies.
• Implement automated data quality checks, validation, and monitoring processes.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
