Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own data ingestion, transformation, and quality infrastructure for Artemis. You will build pipelines ingesting diverse datasets, validate data, and maintain an API-ready data model that supports Bain’s analytics and AI workflows.

You will collaborate across teams, design scalable data models, and drive innovations with new tools and cloud platforms in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of data engineering experience building ETL/data pipelines.
• Experience with data modeling, validation, and integration of multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, transform, and validate Artemis client datasets to produce clean, model-ready outputs.
• Design and implement ETL pipelines that are reliable and adaptable across client engagements.
• Build data quality assessment logic and generate reports for internal and client use.
• Develop adaptable data models and manage integrations with third-party and Bain proprietary data sources.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure data is suitable for large language model workflows.
