Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL development experience.
• Advanced set-based T-SQL with window functions and patterns.
• SQL Server Agent – building, scheduling, monitoring and troubleshooting job chains.
• SSIS – developing and maintaining packages and debugging failures.
• Azure Databricks – hands-on experience with notebooks, jobs, Spark SQL/PySpark, Delta Lake.
• MuleSoft – API integrations, flows, DataWeave, deployment and monitoring.
• AI-assisted development tools used to accelerate coding with review/testing before production.
• Performance tuning including indexing, statistics and execution plans.
• Production support with incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Clear written and spoken English to explain technical issues to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines in Azure Databricks and contribute to the enterprise data lakehouse.
• Enhance and extend SQL Server Agent jobs, stored procedures, views, and functions with schema changes.
• Develop and enhance data integrations with external systems and APIs using MuleSoft.
• Write and tune complex T-SQL against large data volumes and optimize performance.
• Build and maintain data models and datasets to support Power BI reporting and governance.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and data-quality checks across systems.
• Provide production support for roughly 300 data integration jobs, triage and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Communicate status and business impact clearly to non-technical audiences.
