Job summary

Infosys DNA invites a Technology Consultant 2 to contribute to data, analytics, and AI initiatives in the US. You will document requirements, design software, and help deliver scalable solutions using AWS, Python, and SQL across the full SDLC.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in coding, reviews, and production support, while enhancing system reliability and knowledge sharing within Infosys DNA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or foreign equivalent, with progression considered.
• Relocation/travel may be required for work/project locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; Infosys cannot sponsor now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements in line with guidance.
• Facilitate design discussions and document decisions to guide development teams.
• Code and integrate new features while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews and manage code repositories changes.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive reliability improvements.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
