Job summary

Hirefel SL seeks a data-focused engineer to design and operate data pipelines for AI and analytics workloads, ensuring reliability and observability across engagements.

You will own data quality, lineage, and observability, partner with AI engineering on training data, and create contracts, docs, and runbooks to share knowledge beyond individuals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production data platforms.
• Strong SQL, Python, and one modern orchestrator (Dagster / Airflow / Prefect).
• Ability to debug a pipeline at 2am without panicking.
