Our client is a fast-growing technology company leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large-scale data engineering to solve complex digital challenges. This is an opportunity to join a small, high-impact engineering team where you'll help build and scale data and machine learning platforms that process massive amounts of information and deliver actionable insights.
If you're excited by the idea of owning production ML systems, analyzing large datasets, and influencing both product strategy and technical direction, we'd love to connect.
What You'll Do
This role combines machine learning engineering, data engineering, and applied data science.
- Own and maintain machine learning models and production inference pipelines.
- Monitor and improve system performance, including latency, accuracy, model drift, and operational health.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and dataset refresh processes to support model training and evaluation.
- Design testing and evaluation frameworks that validate model performance prior to deployment.
- Establish engineering best practices for machine learning applications, including testing, observability, and maintainability.
- Perform data analysis and develop reporting that provides meaningful business and operational insights.
- Partner with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate data findings into new features and capabilities.
- Communicate research findings and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
