Job summary

Judi Health seeks a Senior Data Engineer (Analytics Engineer) to build Snowflake data models with dbt, ensure data quality, and collaborate across analytics, data science, and software teams.

You will improve observability, contribute to a modular data platform, and implement scalable data patterns in a hybrid office model across NYC, Denver, or Charlotte.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data engineering, software engineering, or related field.
• Strong SQL and Python; solid understanding of ETL/ELT and dimensional/data vault modeling.
• Hands-on dbt experience (models, tests, documentation, deployments).
• Experience with orchestration (Dagster or Airflow) and scheduling best practices.
• Familiarity with Spark/Databricks and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
• CI/CD for data (Git-based workflows) and basic IaC familiarity.
• Data observability and testing (dbt tests, lineage tools).
• Understanding of security, governance, and privacy for PII/PHI (HIPAA awareness).
• Bonus if you have exposure to healthcare data (claims, eligibility, provider directories).

• Write clear documentation and support knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance.

Position Summary:

Hybrid 3 days (office locations are New York City, Denver, and Charlotte)

Join our mission to transform pharmacy benefits and healthcare navigation as a Senior Data Engineer (Analytics Engineer). You will build and maintain reliable data models within Snowflake with dbt, and improve data quality and observability. Partner with analysts, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver trusted, well-documented datasets that power analytics and products.

• Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bonus if you have Exposure to healthcare data (claims, eligibility, provider directories)
• Performance tuning in Snowflake (warehouse sizing, clustering, caching)

$139,600—$174,500 USD

Denver, CO Salary Range

$128,000—$160,000 USD

Charlotte, NC Salary Range

$116,400—$145,500 USD
