Willow Wealth is seeking a Senior Data Engineer who will own and improve the company's data stack. This includes expanding our data warehouse, building ingestion processes between different company tools, and streamlining reporting processes. As part of a small but wide-reaching data team, you will have ample opportunity to own large parts of our tech stack and to plan new projects to improve the organization.
After thirty days, you are expected to become familiar with the various parts of our data stack, such as the data warehouse, dimensional model design, scheduling & ETL processes. You will have enough knowledge to work on ingesting new data, refactoring dbt models, and ensuring downstream reporting maintains accuracy.
After a year, you should be the technical owner and go‑to person for parts of our data stack. It is expected that you will proactively consider improvements to your areas of ownership, holistically understand the data stack, and acknowledge how changes to one part might affect others. You will not only adhere to best practices but also add to them as well.

This is a New York-based role. The base salary range for this position is USD 170,000 to 190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for equity compensation as part of the total compensation package.
