Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a data-centric engineer to design and evolve core data products, including a classification engine and supporting data infrastructure. You will work hands-on with large datasets to develop and maintain data pipelines, implement classification logic, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake or similar data warehouses.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data transformation and analysis.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable data solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex data and system issues.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, build, and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows for the classification engine and core data products.
• Develop scalable classification logic and transformation rules using SQL and/or Python.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across datasets through QA, validation, and monitoring.
• Partner with Engineering, BI, and Media teams to evolve data models and products.
• Troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
• Work within Agile frameworks (Jira) to manage priorities and deliverables.
