Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a data-driven analyst to join the Data and Process Improvement team in Dallas. You will apply Six Sigma methods to provide data solutions and insights, supporting leadership decisions and continuous improvement across the business.

You’ll partner with multiple teams, drive data-driven recommendations, and ensure data integrity while delivering accessible documentation and training for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in data science, STEM, or related quantitative field; 5+ years experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years of equivalent data analysis work experience.
• Experience using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI or similar tools.
• Preferred experience in home health or hospice; Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred.
• Oral and written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
• Intermediate tech skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel pivot tables and advanced functions.
• In-office attendance is essential for most roles to achieve Enhabit objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to translate needs into data solutions.
• Drive insights, data-driven decisions, and senior-management recommendations.
• Evaluate enterprise data solutions using DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma.
• Create training and documentation to drive user adoption.
• Respond to internal stakeholder requests promptly.
• Support Kaizen events and development of business solutions.
• Ensure data integrity in all deliverables.
• Attend webinars and pursue continuous improvement.
