Sr. Data Cloud Engineer (Jacksonville, FL)

Responsibilities and duties include using relational database systems, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes for application deployments, Terraform Infrastructure as Code, observability with Splunk, server‑side GitHub REST API, Snowflake, Spark, and Python to design, automate, implement, and maintain data architecture patterns in AWS and GCP for data collection infrastructure and pipelines for multi‑region cloud‑based big data IaaS and PaaS solutions. Key tasks are performing requirements and documentation, coordinating data integration and ETL processes, supporting data security, integrity, and cost controls, automating data processes with Cloud Composer, developing SQL scripts for data modeling, performing end‑to‑end pipeline load performance testing, supporting technology upgrades through PostgreSQL and Cloud SQL migrations, performing SQL and NoSQL database tuning and maintenance, providing guidance on data management and SQL optimization, and developing data warehousing management policies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; five or more years of experience performing the job duties described above. Position is with Dun & Bradstreet in Jacksonville, FL.
