Job summary

Oracle's Global Program Controls team is seeking a TPM within Data Center Delivery to oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale data center infrastructure projects in Nashville. You will manage risk, schedule, budgets, and cross-functional engagement with design, engineering, operations, supply chain, and network delivery.

This onsite role requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 30% for global site visits and critical delivery events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting data center build, fitout, commissioning, readiness, construction, or related programs.
• 4+ years in technical program management, project controls, analytics, or cross-functional environments.
• Ability to translate complex multi-source data into executive-ready insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end delivery of multiple data center projects concurrently.
• Oversee project phases to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality execution.
• Develop long-term strategies to reduce complexity and accelerate delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled capabilities responsibly, validating findings with owners.
