Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in system architecture and design.
• Deep experience designing scalable server architectures at the SW/HW interface.
• Strong networking knowledge (e.g., Ethernet, InfiniBand).
• Experience with complex system software for accelerators (GPUs/DPUs/FPGAs).
• Expertise in out-of-band and in-band management (Redfish/IPMI).
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead rack-scale/L11 flows for factory and initial data center deployment.
• Design end-to-end factory workflows, including firmware flashing and security provisioning.
• Collaborate with data center architects, ODMs, and OEMs to define requirements for reliable production ramps.
• Champion reliability, debuggability, and optimization in firmware, diagnostics, and deployment tools.
• Drive pre-silicon readiness for factory and manufacturing workflows using NVIDIA tooling.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams to grow future leaders.
• Make key technical decisions even in ambiguity.
