Job summary

Fluidstack is looking for a Data Center Structural Engineer to support the structural engineering workstream across multi-site, multi-state development projects. Applicants should have a B.S. in Civil Engineering with structural focus and over 4 years of experience in data center development. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, along with a PE license or active pursuit. Competitive compensation ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year depending on qualifications. Qualifications

• 4+ years of structural engineering experience, including work on data center development projects.
• Experience in mission-critical building design (steel and concrete structures).
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the US (estimated 20-30%).

Responsibilities

• Support structural due diligence for greenfield and conversion sites.
• Apply and enforce structural basis of design.
• Assist in developing foundation strategies & structural system selection.
• Support management of design changes and change order scope.

Skills

Proficient in Revit

Proficient in AutoCAD

4+ years of structural engineering experience

Experience in mission-critical building design

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Working knowledge of IBC

Willingness to travel to project sites

Education

B.S. in Civil Engineering (Structural focus)
