Qualifications
10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction.
Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles.
Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Responsibilities
Support onboarding of consulting teams and evaluate sites for design alignment.
Develop and manage RFPs, schedules, and communication plans.
Lead design coordination efforts and manage design risks.
Maintain master schedule, track milestones, and address potential delays.
Develop and distribute project reports aligned with standards.
Oversee BIM coordination and manage site inspections.
Manage budgets, procurements, and track project costs.
Lead all commissioning activities and track open issues.
Oversee punch-list development and project turnover.
