Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Data Center Infrastructure / Low Voltage & Cabling SME to lead on-site LV infrastructure, cabling, and controls for designated campuses or systems. You will coach teams, drive readiness, and ensure integrated systems performance.

Preferred onsite in Port Washington, WI, with travel up to 75%–90% as needed during installation and startup phases. Strong field leadership and vendor coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading low-voltage infrastructure, cabling, fiber, telecom, and controls in data center settings.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, cabling plans, and turnover packages.
• Strong field leadership, communication, and escalation skills.
• Proven coordination of vendors, contractors, commissioning teams, IT, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site LV infrastructure, cabling, and controls integration scopes.
• Coordinate fiber, structured cabling, and pathways; validate installation quality.
• Support BMS/EPMS readiness and interoperability; drive issue resolution.
• Oversee functional testing, sequence validation, startup readiness, and turnover.
• Coach LV infrastructure teams; ensure safety, quality, and execution.
