Job summary

Solutuslegal seeks a Managing Counsel - Data Center & Infrastructure to lead major data center acquisitions and development transactions. You will structure, negotiate and close complex deals, including financing components, with the Global Data Centers team.

This hands-on role offers ownership of critical transactions central to the company’s growth and broader strategic responsibility as the business scales. SF Bay Area preference; remote options considered.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex data center and infrastructure transactions.
• Experience negotiating leases, colocation, or build-to-suit arrangements.
• Strong collaboration with legal, finance, and operations teams.
• Ability to manage diligence, regulatory issues, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end legal strategy for data center acquisitions and digital infrastructure transactions.
• Negotiate leases and related agreements with data center operators and developers.
• Manage long-term relationships with operators, lenders, and customers.
• Advise on post-acquisition matters including construction, supply chain, and regulatory issues.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance and risk in infrastructure deals.
