Job summary

Veterans Prime, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Senior Service Tech (HVAC Mechanic) to work with advanced smart building controls and large-scale thermal systems in a safety-first environment.

This role focuses on diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of commercial HVAC machinery, with emphasis on vibration analysis, laser alignment, and mentoring junior technicians while partnering with client accounts.

Qualifications

• Commercial/Industrial HVAC background or equivalent military rating (Army 91C/12K, Air Force 3E1X1, Navy MM/UT highly preferred).
• Experience with heavy systems (chillers, boilers, hydronics, controls) and alignment/vibration diagnostics.
• Universal EPA certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, PMs, and repairs on commercial HVAC machinery, centrifugal chillers, air handlers, and digital control networks.
• Utilize laser alignment tools and vibration analysis systems to ensure peak operational performance.
• Serve as a key technical advisor for client accounts and mentor junior technicians.
