Salute is seeking a Senior Critical Facilities Technician for an on-site Barstow, TX facility. You will supervise maintenance of critical electrical, mechanical, and control systems, ensuring 99.999% uptime and rapid response to incidents.

You will lead a team, coordinate with management and vendors, and optimize data center operations while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. This role requires rotating day/night shifts and willingness to work overtime as needed.

Competenze

• 6+ years of directly related experience operating data center critical equipment and building systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and control systems.

• Place safety first in all activities and lead by example.
• Operate, monitor, and respond to abnormal conditions of facility systems.
• Perform and coordinate preventive maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and control equipment.
• Inspect building systems and ensure clean, safe, and compliant environments.
• Manage work requests, assign tasks, and verify completion with contractors and vendors.
