Job summary

GAS GLOBAL SERVICES seeks a Staff Electrical Engineer - Data Center in Overland Park, KS. The role focuses on leading detailed design using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM, delivering safe, high-quality data center projects, and mentoring junior engineers within a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a bachelor’s in engineering (electrical preferred) and at least 5 years’ experience, with onsite work and travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Electrical preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed design of large-scale data center environments.
• Manage projects within budgets and schedules.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure designs meet codes and customer requirements.
