Job summary

A specialized engineering firm is seeking Electrical Commissioning Engineers based in Atlanta, GA. The role requires five to seven years of experience in Data Center Commissioning, with responsibilities including executing electrical systems testing and supporting the planning and execution of commissioning for the electrical infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, knowledge of safety regulations, and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of five to seven years Data Center Commissioning experience is required.
• Knowledge and commissioning experience with Electrical Distribution Switchgear, Uninterruptable Power Supplies, and more.
• Candidates must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support complete commissioning and performance acceptance testing of electrical infrastructure systems.
• Develop reports and contribute to the daily report for project managers.
• Conduct facility walk downs, turnover, and punch list reviews.

Skills

Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E safety requirements

Good written and spoken communication skills

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and specifications

Knowledge of data center design concepts

Strong experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
