Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in North American data center development.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of CEQA/NEPA and zoning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site development from Letter of Intent through permitting.
• Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare executive summaries and status reports for leadership.
