Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience on $30-$100 million+ commercial/industrial construction projects.
• Hyperscale Data Center experience is required.
• OHS 30‑hour certified.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop and communicate work plans regarding changes in the field.
• Manage the project budget for general conditions and site services.
