Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead data center builds with colocation providers across multiple sites. You will manage schedules, budgets, and documentation while ensuring quality and risk controls throughout design, construction, and commissioning.

In this role you will coordinate with design teams, tenants, and external vendors, conduct site walks, oversee startup phases, and drive continuous improvement. Hybrid coordination and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects for data centers with colocation providers, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and top quality.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across multiple projects.
• Create and manage project budgets, optimize resource allocation.
• Generate and maintain design, commissioning, and problem-solving documentation.
• Oversee quality control to meet design specs and industry standards.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out integration across design, construction, and commissioning.
• Conduct site walks and supervise startup and commissioning phases.
• Identify and mitigate risks; develop tailored mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary liaison between company and colocation providers; manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure alignment with approved plans.
