Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as senior construction representative for the Memphis data center and manage relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from pre-construction through commissioning and controls.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and ensure seamless communication between field and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure quality, safety, and operational readiness.
• Drive project progress and resolve roadblocks to keep timelines.
• Align construction schedules with broader infrastructure goals through cross-functional collaboration.
• Guide commissioning and resolve issues to support project success.
• Deliver updates using KPIs and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Perform quantity take-offs and field verifications to monitor progress.
