Job summary

Align is seeking a Data Center Cabling Supervisor to lead large-scale low-voltage cabling installations for AI and hyperscale data centers across the United States. You will oversee planning, standards, and field execution to ensure safe, accurate, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

3+ years in structured cabling for data centers or mission-critical environments.
Proven experience leading field cabling crews.
Ability to read cabling design drawings and specs.
Knowledge of labeling standards and best practices.
Strong Excel skills for data vetting and tracking.

Responsibilities

Review and oversee installation of cabling and support systems in new data center spaces.
Set and maintain cabling standards for multiple projects.
Build and manage cabling tracking sheets.
Supervise subcontractors and internal crews to keep projects on schedule.
Perform on-site quality checks and verify terminations and test results.
Monitor progress and communicate changes to leadership and clients.
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.
Enforce safety rules and lead toolbox talks.
Report daily field progress and issues affecting schedules or budgets.
