Job summary

The State of Florida, Department of Law Enforcement, is seeking a Senior Data Base Analyst to support production systems and database administration. The role focuses on Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL databases, ensuring availability, integrity and performance.

You will work in a full-time capacity, collaborate with database management teams, implement standards, monitor databases, and participate in testing, recovery and optimization activities.

Position Summary

This position is in the Bureau of Production Systems, reporting to the Database Administration section. This is a full-time position that works closely with Database Management and Administration of Oracle, SQL Server, and MYSQL Database technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Specific duties include:

• Creating, modifying and monitoring physical databases to ensure database availability, integrity and efficiency;
