Job summary

mSupply is seeking a Senior Data Architect to define and govern data architecture standards, master data strategy, and data modeling practices for its enterprise data platform built on Microsoft Fabric, dbt, and Power BI. You will lead the golden record strategy, entity resolution, and stewardship workflows while partnering with Data Engineering on pipelines and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or data management with 3+ years in modeling/governance.
• MDM design experience including entity resolution, match/merge, and stewardship workflows.
• Strong SQL and experience with dbt; cloud data platforms and lakehouse/data warehouse patterns.
• Ability to communicate complex architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and governance for enterprise Product MDM and golden record strategy.
• Define enterprise data standards, reference models, and integration patterns.
• Design canonical data models for product, customer, supplier, and location domains.
• Establish data quality rules, validation, and stewardship workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on pipelines, dbt models, and medallion layers.
• Define data contracts and change management for source-to-platform schemas.
• Support integration of new sources during acquisitions and onboarding.
• Advance data governance, cataloging, lineage, and stewardship roles.
• Present architectural decisions and roadmaps to senior leadership.
