Qualifications

• 10+ years of data architecture, data modeling, analytics, and development.
• Proficiency in Erwin, PL/SQL, Oracle, and Python.
• Advanced experience with data modeling techniques for OLTP systems.
• Strong experience with database design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and database architecture.
• Experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data migration.
• Strong experience with database performance optimization and scalability.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality, and data integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for working with complex datasets and data‑related challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data models using Erwin to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop and implement normalized OLTP data models.
• Design efficient database schemas, including tables, relationships, constraints, and other database objects.
• Create and maintain data model policies and procedures supporting functional design.
• Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL scripts and Oracle‑based solutions.
• Ensure OLTP systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Identify and resolve data‑related issues involving system integration and compatibility.
• Implement data capacity planning and scalability strategies.
• Lead the development of data pipelines, integration solutions, and migration strategies.
• Establish methods for monitoring data quality, completeness, consistency, and redundancy.
• Implement data governance frameworks and data stewardship processes.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decision‑making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data architectures and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project leads, consultants, and business unit leaders on data‑related initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and promote data architecture best practices.
• Troubleshoot data architecture, modeling, database, and integration issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers and project teams and elevate issues when necessary.
