System Canada is seeking a data architect/modeler to lead architectural design and hands-on implementation across NoSQL, relational databases, data warehouse and ETL pipelines in Delaware.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive experience in data architecture, strong communication with architects, product owners, developers, and testers, and experience in financial services and reference data. Contract position with enterprise tech focus.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years progressive experience in Data Architecture disciplines.
• Hands on experience with NoSQL DB, distributed non structured databases, big data, caching, NoSql, relational database, data warehouse and ETL.
• Experience in reference data, financial services.
• Ability to perform analysis on data-sets to determine their quality, coverage, complexityCommunicate business concepts and expected functional behavior
• Communicate with downstream data consumers and upstream data providers (IT, Business and Operations) to determine objectives including requirements, issue resolution, solutions

Responsabilités

• Implement the data architecture on a project level and have communication with solution architects, product owners, developers, business analysts and testers.
• Experience in reference data and financial services domains.
• Analyze data-sets to determine quality, coverage and complexity.
• Communicate business concepts and expected functional behavior.
• Coordinate with downstream data consumers and upstream data providers to determine objectives and requirements.
