Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, ML engineering, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL skills with production data or ML systems.
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, cloud data platforms, APIs, and integrations with business apps.
• Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and mentor technical professionals.
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, FastAPI, Azure, Terraform, Databricks, MLOps, Generative AI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable architectures for enterprise data, analytics, ML, and AI, while hands-on with Python, SQL, pipelines, APIs, and apps.
• Build integrations across ERP, manufacturing, operational, finance, and other enterprise systems.
• Establish reusable MLOps patterns for CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, observability, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Set standards for data modeling, quality, security, governance, integration, and platform architecture.
• Partner with business and manufacturing teams, mentor data professionals, modernize legacy systems, travel as needed.
